Parvati Fashion is a GOTS-certified garment manufacturer and works with responsible material standards such as RWS where required by buyers and collections.
We work with natural and responsible materials such as organic cotton, linen, wool and TENCEL™ Lyocell, depending on each buyer's collection requirements.
These standards support traceability, documentation, material control and disciplined production — helping brands build collections with greater confidence.

Through our work with responsible fashion brands, including brands connected with Fair Wear expectations, we follow workplace practices built around dignity, safety, proper documentation, no child labour, no discrimination and respectful conduct.

Many people at Parvati Fashion have been associated with us for years. Their growth, confidence and family progress are part of our larger journey.
One such story is Urmila, a long-standing member of our team, whose daughter Rozina went on to become an air hostess. Her journey reflects what steady work, encouragement and family determination can make possible.
We have also invited workers' children to the factory, encouraging them to study well, dream bigger and build their own future.

Respecting materials beyond production.
We work with natural and responsible materials and aim to use them carefully throughout the production process.
Where fabric cutting waste is unavoidable, we try to give it further value. Over the years, Parvati Fashion has donated cutting waste to GOONJ, helping leftover materials move towards meaningful reuse.
Small actions like these help us keep responsibility practical, not only promotional.
A well-made garment respects the buyer, the wearer, the maker and the resources used to create it.
